Jelajahin, a travel management service by PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (Persero), aims to support domestic tourism growth while increasing brand awareness and establishing itself as a trusted travel partner. With a focus on Indonesia’s five super-priority destinations and major events such as MotoGP Mandalika and local initiatives, Jelajahin faced the need to improve content balance and engagement following social media audits.
To address this, we shifted Jelajahin’s social media approach to be more audience-centric by delivering a balanced mix of service information, educational, inspirational, and entertaining content. The strategy is supported by testimonials to build credibility, interactive campaigns such as quizzes and contests aligned with key events, profile optimization for clearer brand communication, and targeted social media and Google Ads to extend reach and drive impact.
