PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara), Indonesia’s state-owned electricity company, aimed to position its official and supplementary social media channels as effective communication tools for both external and internal stakeholders. The objective was to strengthen corporate communication and support company performance through consistent and credible digital engagement.
To support this goal, we managed and optimized PLN’s official social media platforms while activating supplementary and amplifier accounts to foster positive public opinion. We developed a centralized content library featuring photos, videos, and audio assets documenting PLN’s activities, supported by timely posts for national moments, corporate milestones, and official announcements, with a 24/7 support team ensuring continuous delivery and monitoring.
